🧺 Service 4: Laundry Coordination Service
Laundry support for guests managing demanding medical and professional schedules.
We handle the entire process so you don’t have to leave your unit, rearrange your day, or think about logistics.
How it works:
We come to you and collect your laundry directly from your unit
Items are professionally cleaned by a trusted local provider
Clean, folded laundry is returned to your unit in a Yên Stays–branded laundry bag
No-contact arrangements are available for guests working long shifts or managing care responsibilities.

Wash / Dry / Fold only
No dry-clean-only or specialty garments unless approved in advance
This service is designed to remove friction during high-demand weeks — not add another task to your list.

📫 Service 5: Mailbox Repair & Replacement
(Community Support Service – Limited Availability)
Light property services offered when schedule allows. Priority is always given to Yên Stays landlords and rental homes.
Services include:
Mailbox re-leveling or reset
Mailbox box replacement
Full mailbox + post installation
